Our company, with located in Laatzen's industrial area Rethen-North, was founded on September 29, 1994 by partnership agreement and ist registered at the local Court of Hannover under HRB 54704.

The starting capital consisted aside from financial means first of all of the experiences and intention to achieve previous success again with the engaged staff of the very beginning, as the name "Henskes" has a tradition in the distribution of electronic components in Germany.

In the 80s the original company Henskes was integrated into an international conglomerate, and the name Henskes disappeared from the market. But for the customers and suppliers it kept on being a synonym for competence and quality.

It is Henskes Electronic Components GmbH's challenge to meet these requirements again.

In addition the "Henskes Mitarbeiterbeteiligungs-GbR" was founded by a group of employees and added as a dormant partner.

All in all share capital amounts currently circa 500.000,00 Euros.

Although we work together with highly efficient suppliers, we have a well-sorted own stock. Extensive orders are handled early and planned in time to ensure as much as possible a "just in time" supply. Often pre-set demands and requirements are optimized and put in practice at low costs by the application of suitable alternatives and/or technical advantages.

The basic, that every customer is treated and attended to as well and reliable as any other - independent of the size - is our most important priority. That counts for our supply partners as well.

So we are proud, that we were able to establish ourselves as a reliable partner of many well-known producers (take a look at "Our Product Range").

In all fields of business we offer not only supply and delivery, but also consulting services by our field staff engineers to our customers as early as in the initial planning phase of new products.
